My gosh i've been on a diet for four weeks now and have been seeing great results.started off at 215lbs i'm 5'11 FYI now i'm at 195lbsi am much toner, faster, and stronger. I can see my abs starting to come up when i flex, but i'm ready to call it quits. I miss eating burgers 3 times a week and i'm tired of eating salad every damn day. So i'm asking if i call it quits now what will i miss out?

I'm like 130 pounds and I'm 16 years old. I've been working out for a while now and my arms are getting noticeably bigger and I'm getting pecs .... but I seem to be having trouble with my abs. I'm started doing sit ups but i heard from my friend that you NEED a diet if you want six packs. Is that true? I'm not overweight, If anything i need to GAIN weight..Any help guys?

Im 5' 10, 145 and i want a six pack of abs?
ok, i weigh 145. but, i have a layer of fat covering up my abs. i can feel them. they are pretty strong when i flex them. but i guess what i should ask is, how to get belly fat of? i got abs, i just need to be able to see them. and, second. i dont want to be a twig with abs. i want to have more muscle than that. 1st, i want abs, 2nd, i want to get pecs and make my arms bigger to have a v shaped torso. i heard fiber keeps your stomach flat and protein helps build muscle, so how many calories should i be eating? and how would i get more fiber and protein? ilooked at all the fiber cereals and they are gross. so how would i get the 25 g's of fiber a day? and beable to see my abs and get pecs. thanks in advance

Six pack abs for summer?
I've never been into the beach but this year i'm planning to go alot and get a tan and yeah.. i've got quite a flat stomach already and i've been doing sit ups day and night for about 6 days now and i started at 25 reps and before i go to sleep tonight i've gotta beat 48 reps amount i got this morning .. i'm really shocked on how quickly i've gotten up on the reps and i can actually see my six pack when i tense but when i don't tense... i can barely see it..am i doing the right thing here or is there something missing in this twice a day situp excercise?oh and btw what sort of foods should i be eating to help? i heard diet helps and how long do you think it'd take for my six pack to show without tensing..?thanks
