Flat stomach/six pack abs questions...concerns...?
So I've been doing so much research and I find some interesting stuff.Ok, I read cardio does not work and can go against your fat loss goal. Is this true?And how long will it take me to get down to about 14 or lower body percent. Preferably I'm aiming to get to my goal by April.I am like 19 or 20 percent body fat and am at 227. I lift weights six times a week for thirty minutes and run for 20 30 minutes every day. And my diet is very good. Is this good enough to reach my goal by then?And finally, how can I stop stressing so much over this?Thank You.

Will I get six pack abs with my routine?
I'm 17, 5'10" , 142lbs, male. Every night I run at a pretty fast pace for about 12 minutes without taking a single break. I work out at the gym every other day, I use the machines that work my ab muscles and I do all the upper body stuff. I always drink a whey powder protein shake after running and working out. I'd say I consume about 2,000 3,000 calories a day. Every day I usually eat cereal, a lean cuisine, a turkey and cheese sandwich, a couple pop tarts, and a protein bar. I drink two protein shakes and plenty of water, I'm trying to get nice big bulky abs, not the little skinny ones. I heard if you keep working your abs and your stomach is flat, your abs will eventually protrude out and become visible, is that true? I'm desperate for your help, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to be 100% positive that my abs will begin to show up if I keep up this routine. Thanks.

Toned abs, but no six pack, any tips?
I am 28 year old guy, and have been doign lot of cardio stairmaster, treadmill, hip hop and ab exercises yoga, ab circuit, vertical leg lifts etc. As a result I got really toned abs, but I am not seeing much of a six pack. I am 5'8" and 140 lb As for my diet I am a vegetarian, and eating small portions like 5 6 times a day. Its been about 2 months, the tummy is really toned and, but not looking like a six pack. For protien i am taking whey protien after work out. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks to everyone who answers

How do I get ripped six-pack abs, wide shoulders, big chest muscles and big biceps/triceps?
Right now I do 7 minute abs like 5x a week..and 2 or 3 sets of 50 reps on the ab coaster along with regular ab curls.. occasionally maybe once a week I do the 8 minute abs.. I play basketball for cardio 30 45mins and I run like 10 laps around a full sized tennis court. I also have started to do more weight training like 3 sets of 20 bicep & tricep curls, and 2 sets of 20 bench presses and 2 sets of 20 chest pulleys stretching arms down and pulling together at top .. and I do like 3 sets of 20 push ups.. when do I think I'll get the results I want..I also have started to take isopure protein powder 10g of protein .. and the for the biceps triceps curls I use 10lbs dumbells and for the bench chest I use 20 lbs dumbells.BTW I'm 16 1 2 years old if that is important...Also I have to mention that I'm about 5'11 1 2 and I'm kinda skinny lanky.I have a flat stomach and hint of a peck like Zac Efron but a little less developed.. I have small shoulders...so I wanna have a lean body six pack ripped muscles wide shoulders like the CK models I have to mention that the things I said I do...I do them like 3 to 4 times a week..but the 7 minute abs I do it 5x a week.
